Medical Specialist II Ophthalmology- LA, MS, AR

Regeneron seeks a Medical Specialist in Ophthalmology to develop and manage relationships with retina specialists across Louisiana, Mississippi, or Arkansas. The role focuses on growing revenues, delivering product goals, and providing clinical support for specialty biologics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retina specialists and customer accounts in territory
- Drive revenue growth and achieve product goals consistently
- Provide technical and clinical product knowledge to support customers
- Coordinate with Regeneron marketing and operations resources to maximize productivity
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
Requirements
- BA/BS in science or business; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years specialty sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
- Demonstrated buy and bill product experience
- Strong sales track record and high-performer history
- Ophthalmology with retina experience preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement, government, managed care, and formulary negotiation
- 40-60% travel capability; must reside in or near assigned territory
Compensation: $162,000–$220,800 annually
