Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize assessment tools, including automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures, to track client treatment plans and adapt as necessary for optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our digital therapist portal, which facilitates efficient record-keeping and enhances your focus on client care.

• Employ various therapeutic models during sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral modification, and brief therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment strategies and connect with fellow therapists to foster a sense of community and professional growth.

• Conduct weekly live video sessions that provide evidence-based care to a diverse adult population with various emotional and psychological challenges.

• Formulate diagnoses according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practice guidelines.
