Payroll Consultant

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to join their team. Summary: This individual will play a key role in supporting payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while leveraging expertise in ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and can quickly integrate into an established payroll team. Duties Include:

• Process and support payroll activities using ADP Workforce Now
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Assist with payroll audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders as needed
• Support payroll-related projects and process improvements
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
