Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $21.66 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, office areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with visitor questions, and following post orders and communication protocols in a fast‑paced business environment. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
