Contract Recruiter - Banking

A Global Investment Bank is currently looking for a Recruiter to start immediately! This role will operate on a hybrid schedule.

Job Function:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 20-40 positions across 10+ hiring managers.
- Source, screen, and present candidates for roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate interview scheduling.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Financial Services experience a plus.
