Assistant General Manager

Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced convenience retail and foodservice environment. In this role, you’ll help lead a team focused on friendly, efficient customer service, store cleanliness, and food quality. Responsibilities include supervising associates, assisting with scheduling, training, and performance coaching, overseeing cash handling and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and food sanitation standards. You’ll help create a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere while developing your leadership and retail management skills with opportunities for growth.
