Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

• Diagnose various mental health disorders, providing appropriate treatment interventions in accordance with established clinical guidelines.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each client.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and group therapy, adapting approaches as needed to meet client needs.

• Continuously assess and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from clients.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists for referrals and comprehensive case management when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Light of Love Mental Health Center, you will work with a wide array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, transitional challenges, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
