Accounting Clerk (Part Time 30-35 hours per week)

*Must have experience

$22–$25/hour | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced  Accounting Clerk with strong  AP, AR, GL, billing, reconciliations, financial statements, and job-costing experience.

Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
• 3 years of accounting experience reconciling accounts
• AP/AR and  GL experience
• Financial statements:  P&L, Income Statement, WIP, Sales
• AIA billing experience preferred
• Bank statement reconciliation
• Timecards and job/work-order costing
• Quicken experience a plus
• Federal, state, and local tax knowledge
• Workers' compensation experience a plus
• State Notary Public is highly preferred
• Must pass  background check and drug screening

*Associate's in accounting and 3 years' experience preferred.

Full-time | $22–$25/hour | M–F, 9 AM–4 PM
