This full-time position operates onsite within our well-equipped rehabilitation facility located in Jersey City. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and physical status to establish baseline measures and set realistic treatment goals.
• Create and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing overall function and alleviating pain.
• Engage in ongoing communication with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment, promoting optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, home exercise regimens, and strategies for injury prevention to encourage active participation in the healing process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and those with chronic conditions such as arthritis or neurological disorders. Your ability to adapt treatment plans to cater to various age groups and backgrounds will be essential in meeting the specific needs of each patient.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills with the ability to devise and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient relationships and facilitating teamwork.
• A proven ability to thrive in a busy clinical setting while managing multiple cases and adhering to strict timelines.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, our benefits include:
