Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies that facilitate progress toward their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Methods: Leverage evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive function, and essential daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers concerning therapy techniques essential for maintaining progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical developments and modify treatment protocols as necessary to keep patients on the path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications highly encouraged and supported

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
