Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and craft individualized therapy plans that facilitate goal achievement.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven methodologies to improve patient motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living functions.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and their loved ones on therapy practices that promote sustained recovery at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical advancements and adapt interventions to ensure patients' continued journey toward independence.

Education and Experience

• Completed a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are highly encouraged and supported by our organization.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active license for Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
• Current certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.
