Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate client care effectively.

• Facilitating crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans as needed.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment approaches in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n
