Integrated Marketing Manager – Talent Acquisition (TA)Inova Health is seeking a seasoned, results-driven marketing professional to join our team as the Integrated Marketing Manager for Talent Acquisition. In this strategic, high-impact role, you will lead systemwide recruitment marketing initiatives, driving marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution to support Inova's workforce growth priorities. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity to help shape the future workforce of one of the nation's leading health systems.As the Integrated Marketing Manager for TA, you will develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract top talent and advance key recruitment goals. You'll partner closely with TA and organizational leaders, internal marketing teams, and agency partners to deliver impactful recruitment marketing and employer brand initiatives. Serving as a project lead, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration across creative, digital, social, and communications teams while developing measurement frameworks, analyzing analytics and performance, and sharing actionable insights that drive business results.Featured Benefits:Committed to Team Member Health:offering medical, dental and vision coverage, and a robust team member wellness program.Retirement:Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions – starting on your first day.Tuition and Student Loan Assistance:offeringup to $5,250 per year in education assistance and up to $10,000 for student loans.Mental Health Support:offering all Inova team members, their spouses/partners, and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions, per person, per year, at no cost.Work/Life Balance:offeringpaid time off, paid parental leave, flexible work schedules, hybrid career opportunities.Integrated Marketing Mgr Job Responsibilities:Identify opportunities to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and streamline messaging in our brand voice to consistently reach business unit goalsCollaborate with internal stakeholders on omni-channel plans, measurement plans and areas of opportunity, regularly presenting recommendations, plans and results to senior leadersServe as brand steward to ensure we are protecting and promoting our brand in all channels; collaborate with content team and service line leaders to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channelsContinually analyze our digital performance to optimize media mix according to our goalsIdentify areas where messaging, reach and prospective talentexperience can be optimized and lead the change through coordination of several departmentsCollaborate with Communications team to ensure that messaging is developed and implemented for external media opportunities to include media outreach strategies and plans which drive business prioritiesRegularly review website content, SEO opportunities and collaboration with our digital team to optimize experiences and streamline digital touchpoints for talentWrite creative briefs and marketing strategies to guide our agency, digital and media partners on execution of omni-channel marketing campaignsWork closely with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and collaboration in marketing campaigns; look for opportunities to leverage partners within and outside of the organizationDevelop and lead execution of email campaigns to nurture talent, drive conversations and leverage segmentation to personalize messagingConvenes multidisciplinary team including creative services, digital marketing, market research, media relations, internal communications, physician relations, and agency partners as appropriate to develop collaborative, multi-target and omni-channel marketing plansDrives all decisions and recommendations through data; monitor the performance of campaigns, and campaigns and report out to leadership and service line to share insights and optimize performance of campaignsMinimum Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fieldExperience: 8 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related fieldPreferred qualifications:Recruitment marketing experienceFamiliarity with Oracle ERP and Avature technologies Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike and MondayKnowledge in developing comprehensive strategies for marketing and advertising campaigns including digital/web strategy, personalized geo-targeting, CRM nurturing campaigns, etc.Strong communications, writing, organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skillsAbility to handle multiple end-to-end marketing projects at a time, and work in a fast-paced environment across multiple service lines.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high quality workWe are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
