CNC Operator (2nd Shift)

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: Includes 5% shift premium

What You’ll Do

• Operate multiple CNC milling machines (Doosan, Kia, and similar)
• Run two machines at once while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Perform drilling, tapping, boring, and turning operations
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Load/unload materials and deburr finished parts
• Make basic tool and offset adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple machines

Preferred

• Experience with Doosan, Kia, or similar CNC equipment
• General machining or manufacturing experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
