Salary $56,000 – $60,000 Salary Commensurate With Experience This position is responsible for supervising daily CMS operations, including deposit verification, change order preparation, currency/coin inventory management, and balance and audit functions while providing services to Loomis customers. The individual will perform supervisory responsibilities for personnel actions and monitor staff performance. The role ensures accountability and security of all funds and adheres to compliance, industry standards, audit requirements, and company policies. Job Responsibilities Implement, monitor, and recommend changes to policies and procedures to ensure accountability and security of all currency and coin transiting the department. Assist in the safety awareness of employees, facilities, and vehicles through training and monitoring of policies and procedures. Assist in meeting budget guidelines by monitoring overtime and workflow. Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters, and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems. Monitor workflow and adjust staffing needs and maintenance schedules as needed to ensure quality levels of service and performance. Completion of any and all additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager on an “as needed” basis. Preferred Requirements College degree preferred. 3 years previous experience managing a cash vault. Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) required. Previous leadership role background and experience. Ability to travel occasionally for company, district, and customer meetings and events. Essential Duties / Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Armed Driver Guard position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas: Lift 25 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 66 inches from the floor (1X). Lift‑Carry 18 lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 44 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 15 ft (4X). 18 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 300 ft (1X). 50 lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 2 ft (2X). Push‑Pull Horizontally transfer 47 lbs of force on a sled (single, non‑dominant arm), distance 1 ft (2X). Repetitive Coupling Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30 lbs — both right & left hands (4X). Climb Ascend / descend a step with heights of 16, 21 & 24 inches from the floor (10X).
