Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and establish personalized therapy goals.

• Lead dynamic therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices for effective treatment.

• Document patient care accurately and confidentially in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the privacy of all clients.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting therapeutic strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

• Guide clients to additional community resources, including support groups and educational workshops.
\n
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, documenting interventions and client feedback.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the clinic to provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary, providing timely assistance to clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure as an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with community health populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
