Work Environment:Hybrid (4 days in office/1 remote) Term:Permanent Bachelor’s degree required:No Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: IT Support Analyst – Houston, TX Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Houston, is seeking a full-time, in-office IT Support Analyst to join their Information Technology Services team. This entry-level role reports to the Director of IT and is ideal for professionals with 3 years of IT support experience, preferably within the legal industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 help desk support via ticketing system Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues for both onsite and remote users Assist with user onboarding and offboarding Maintain IT inventory and manage equipment check-in/out Support anti-virus software, patch management, and network troubleshooting Help maintain the help desk portal and document internal how-tos Set up and support conference room tech and user phone/headset systems Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11, Office Suite, and Active Directory Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Understanding of Group Policies, file and print services, and event log analysis Experience with Microsoft Teams, Teams Telephony, and Ivanti systems Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
