This position provides the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or a conducive environment of your choice. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, both collectively and individually.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a variety of issues, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish treatment goals and develop personalized action plans tailored to their unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster professional growth and enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Actively engage in continuing education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of families, couples, and individual adults and adolescents seeking support with a myriad of challenges including, but not limited to:

• Grief processing and loss recovery
\n
• Family disputes and sibling conflicts
\n
• Health-related stressors and psychological trauma

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Colorado.
