Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take charge of delivering high-quality therapeutic services, working closely with couples and families to identify and address a range of emotional and relational dynamics. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each family member.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, as well as individual therapy sessions as required.

• Addressing and resolving complex issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and coping strategies for job-related stress.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies and techniques to ensure therapeutic efficacy and client progression.

• Documenting progress notes and treatment outcomes to maintain compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and teamwork, collaborating with other healthcare providers to offer comprehensive care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population that ranges from adults to adolescents, addressing various familial issues, emotional struggles, and behavioral health concerns. We specialize in treating:

Qualifications\n
