This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also utilizing our outpatient office for client consultations. You will have the opportunity to engage in direct therapy sessions, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in case consultations from the comfort of your own home or work facility. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic that helps you maintain personal well-being while serving our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences, emphasizing their active participation in the healing process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate significant improvements in client mental health.

• Provide continuous education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote awareness and understanding.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on response and evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
