Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their healing journey.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote mental well-being.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to continuously refine and improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant records of client interactions, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
