Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring that therapy is tailored to their specific needs.

• Engage in the Delivery of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Practices that include Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing a variety of emotional concerns, using effective therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Guide couples in therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills, resolving conflicts, and nourishing healthy relationships.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and adapt personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and progress, adjusting as needed based on evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, engaging in collaborative care approaches to support clients holistically.

Qualifications\n
