Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans outlining clear therapeutic goals and interventions that promote healing and recovery.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis interventions as necessary, providing risk assessment and safety planning when required to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance clients' engagement in their therapeutic journey.
