Recruiting Coordinator

We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide remote support to recruiters across various locations in a temporary, part-time (20 hours per week) capacity. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining applicant data, assisting with onboarding activities, and supporting day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience and supporting hiring initiatives across several markets. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to recruiters across multiple locations in a remote environment.
• Assist with sourcing and recruiting activities, including posting job advertisements and reviewing candidate applications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews as needed to assess qualifications and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Support recruiters with employment verification, background check tracking, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with recruiting team members to provide status updates and help ensure hiring processes move forward efficiently.
• Assist with special recruiting projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
• Professional communication and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year of administrative, customer service, scheduling coordination, or office support experience preferred. 
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare, or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
