This role partners closely with Wolfgang Puck Catering and internal Aquarium teams to lead event logistics, labor planning, and operational coordination across a wide range of event formats. With a primary focus on logistics and operational execution , this position provides hands‑on leadership before, during, and after events, ensuring teams, resources, and timelines stay aligned. The Banquet Manager brings a collaborative mindset, strong event knowledge, and a solutions‑oriented approach to both Aquarium‑based and off‑site events.
