Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 7 years of public accounting experience is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong tax preparation, accounting, and financial statement compilation skills. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern tax and accounting software platforms. Credentials: CPA license or active CPA candidate status preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
