Business Insights Manager - Sales & Business Development

Job Overview Business Insights Manager – Sales & Business Development at Niagara Bottling, LLC. The role is responsible for driving growth initiatives, investigating new business ventures, and conducting financial analysis to advise Sales & Business Development on commercial deal development and expansion opportunities. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Business Insights & Analytics within the Sales and Business Development Organization. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic sales support by validating and creating upfront commercial positions on beverage opportunities valued at over $2Billion. Expand Niagara’s market reach through thorough financial analysis of technology‑induced and alternative packaging segments. Deliver financial expertise, guidance, and actionable recommendations to support company leadership and cross‑functional teams. Train and develop direct reports; establish team goals, KPIs, and performance management processes. Formulate commercial rationale for beverage contract development, including pricing, packing fee adjustments, and key commercial terms. Design and maintain directional data models for pre‑validation of new sales opportunities and ventures. Identify and analyze trends across Niagara’s customer base and external market drivers to anticipate headwinds and tailwinds. Consult with Finance on key financial assumptions and identify gaps; create scenario analyses to mitigate project risk when contracting new business. Contribute continuous improvement of departmental processes to accelerate proposal turnaround and reduce risk. Independently manage inter‑functional business tasks and oversee multiple Sales & Business Development members and supporting functions. Required Qualifications Minimum 6years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment. Minimum 6years of experience in a relevant business role. Minimum 2years of experience managing people/projects. Strong financial acumen with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven influence across stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data modeling tools. Experience working with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications Up to 8years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment. Up to 8years of experience in a relevant business role. Up to 4years of experience managing people/projects. Advanced expertise in financial modeling and commercial analysis. Education & Certification Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field. Preferred: MBA in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or related field. No specific certifications required. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary ranging from $136,778.46 to $198,328.77 annually, with a 10% bonus target.
