Provides administrative support to Chief Business Development Officer; is a resource to other Administrative Assistants within the organization. Manages office functions using their own discretion and judgement while ensuring efficient operations of the administrative office. Provides general clerical support for CBDO and departments within their division. Qualificationsfor the job... High school education; Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of seven years of experience in administrative role. Job requires good organizational skills and the ability to direct office functions/activities utilizing autonomy and good judgement. Ability to maintain confidential information, and build relationships with internal and external customers; continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, create detailed and accurate reports, establish priorities among tasks and meet crucial deadlines; exceptional business- math skills (i.e. averages, percentages etc.) Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
