Sr Lab Technician

Senior Laboratory Technician position at Eurofins involving sample preparation and analysis of tobacco products using wet chemistry and smoking machine techniques. Role includes routine quality control analyses, instrument calibration, documentation, and support to analytical chemists.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation on tobacco products using smoking machines and wet chemistry techniques
• Conduct routine analytical tests supporting product assessment and quality control
• Calibrate laboratory instruments and identify calibration errors
• Document results accurately in notebooks and LIMS per good documentation practices
• Communicate with client staff and colleagues to support laboratory operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year related laboratory or quality control experience
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with adaptability
