Senior Product Marketing ManagerWe're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Nectar's platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a critical role in defining how we communicate our value to customers and how we win in the market.This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the product marketing function as we scale. You'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership to craft compelling narratives, launch new capabilities, and strengthen our competitive positioning.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and refine Nectar's positioning and messaging across different customer segments, including enterprise, mid-market, and emerging brandsBuild and maintain competitive intelligence programs, creating battle cards and differentiation narratives for the sales teamOwn product launches end-to-end, from positioning and naming to internal enablement and launch campaignsCreate sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI calculatorsPartner closely with the sales team to understand buyer personas, refine our ideal customer profile, and improve win ratesSynthesize customer feedback, competitive trends, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisionsSupport company storytelling and fundraising efforts with compelling market narratives and positioningWhat We're Looking For4–7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaSExperience owning positioning and messaging for a product or product lineStrong experience partnering with sales teams to build sales enablement programsAbility to conduct competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable positioning and strategyExcellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilitiesComfort operating in ambiguous environments and building new functions in a fast-moving startupStrong collaboration skills across product, sales, and leadership teamsBonus PointsExperience in martech, social media platforms, or commerce-related softwareExperience working at a company through a Series A or Series B growth phaseExperience launching AI-powered products or technical platformsBackground working closely with enterprise sales teamsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and early equityHealth, vision, and dental benefits + 401(k) matchHybrid work schedule (4 days in office) with 3 flex remote days per quarter (available after 3 months)Comprehensive stipends: $1,000/month housing stipend for living near the office, $50/month mobile stipend, $50/month internet stipend for remote employees, and commuter benefits (train stipend or Palo Alto parking permit reimbursement)Free lunch in the heart of University Ave. in Palo Alto
