Kendall Eye Institute Inc is looking for a motivated and personable Optical Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and specialty optical products
• Provide expert guidance on lens options, coatings, and upgrades to meet patient needs and lifestyle
• Process optical orders accurately and coordinate with lab and clinical staff
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals for optical products
• Build lasting patient relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing optical dispensary and frame inventory
• Stay current on the latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and insurance billing practices

Requirements:

• Prior experience in optical sales, dispensing, or a related retail/healthcare environment preferred
• Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and vision insurance plans
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical retail setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Miami market
• ABO certification or willingness to obtain preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
