• Execute a diverse array of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during all procedures, thoroughly explaining each phase with empathy and clarity
• Coordinate closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality of diagnostic images
• Handle and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records using the electronic medical system

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or relevant field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
