Field Service Technicians are entrusted with a high level of autonomy, requiring them to independently manage their responsibilities and make informed decisions in the field. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Installation: Expertly install industrial laundry systems at customer locations, ensuring adherence to specifications. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with our equipment, encompassing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and software complexities. Repair: Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance on our systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Training: Provide comprehensive on-site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used for reference and reporting. Customer Service: Cultivate positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, answering queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Safety: Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols and guidelines while working on customer premises. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry advancements and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge. On-Call Availability: This position will be part of an on-call rotation for weekends and evenings to address urgent customer issues promptly.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
