Key Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans by effectively implementing therapeutic interventions as directed.

• Administer techniques such as ultrasound therapy, electrical stimulation, and manual therapies to assist in pain management and healing.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress meticulously, providing the supervising Physical Therapist with detailed updates on treatment effectiveness and patient responses.
• Educate patients on their home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of patient records and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• An active Physical Therapist Assistant license in California is required.
