Product Operations Analyst III

IDR is seeking a Product Operations Analyst III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves supporting clinical data analytics and healthcare product workflows with an emphasis on reporting, data modeling, and process automation in a healthcare setting.

Position Overview for the Product Operations Analyst III:

• Lead the design and validation of reporting and data pipelines for clinical metrics and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Product Managers and operational teams to establish metric definitions and clinical process analysis.
• Develop and optimize SQL pipelines and data models to enhance self-serve analytics capabilities.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct quality reviews, root-cause analysis, and validation of clinical data anomalies.

Requirements for the Product Operations Analyst III:

• 4-7 years of experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
• Mastery of SQL with extensive experience in cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
• Proficient in Python or ETL scripting.
• Experience working within enterprise healthcare organizations and familiarity with healthcare BI products.
