Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying unique challenges and therapeutic needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s treatment plan.

• Timely completion of patient documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans when necessary, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to promote patient stability and recovery.
\n
• Create thorough discharge plans that support successful transitions for patients moving out of active treatment.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to maintain ethical and professional standards.

• Enhance your professional skills through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities to stay current in the ever-evolving field of mental health.

• Engage in regular case consultation and participate in agency meetings to foster teamwork and share best practices.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements as stipulated by the state and our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients presenting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that leads to licensure as a mental health professional.

• Must hold a current license in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
