Position Overview

Seeking a strategic business development professional to drive growth across accounting, HR, and technology service sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage cross-functional expertise to expand client base and develop innovative service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business development strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred, CPA a plus)
  • 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record in complex, consultative sales
  • Deep understanding of accounting, HR, and technology ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills

Benefits and Compensation Details: The expected base salary is $125,000 to $150,000 plus sales commission and bonus opportunities depending on the success of the candidate. The salary range provided reflect Stable Rock's good faith belief, at the time of this posting, of what it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; market demand for the role; and overall business and labor market conditions.

Our benefits package includes options for medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, health and flexible savings accounts, 401(k), and paid time off. Over time, equity opportunities may also be discussed.
