Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous work as a paraprofessional or in a similar school-based support role
- Comfortable providing assistance in a virtual or hybrid learning setting
- Ability to foster a welcoming, inclusive learning environment
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with academic activities and engagement, both virtually and in-person when needed
- Follow teacher directions to provide instructional assistance aligned with classroom goals
- Assist in the implementation of learning strategies for students requiring additional help
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participation
- Communicate consistently with instructional staff and families, as appropriate
