Description - Your Responsibilities

• Assess findings for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare diagnostic samples as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and uphold the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean, secure working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent healthcare-related qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain certification status throughout your career with us.
