Your Role - Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others-adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection when necessary and prepare samples for analysis.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment that complies with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, and prepare for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the entirety of your employment.
