Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their educational goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique conditions and challenges faced by each student.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify students at risk and ensure that appropriate interventions are in place.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily work with students in educational environments, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma-related disorders. You will play a vital role in promoting mental health wellness among the youth in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, combining therapeutic techniques with educational support to cultivate positive behavioral change and resilience in students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state-specific licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively interact with students, families, and professional colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
