Team Leader at Forehedge Marketing. About the Position We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets consistently and guide their team. Gender: Male/Female. Responsibilities Business development: identify new investors and clients. Prospecting potential clients and analyzing market trends. Managing and executing monthly sales targets within stipulated timeframes. Developing new business opportunities in various geographies through research and prospecting. Presenting projects to customers and handling sales activities to achieve predefined targets. Negotiating and finalizing deals, handling client objections and queries. Staying knowledgeable of market and new projects, advising and guiding clients. Managing a portfolio of listings and client requirements. Requirements Proven sales experience is preferred. Professional appearance and strong work ethics. Excellent problem‑solving, customer service, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication, especially email. Basic computer skills, such as MS Office. Education and Professional qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 1 Year.
