Geotemps, Inc. has an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk to perform accounting functions under moderate direction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Match invoices to receiving documents
- File processed invoices and statements
- Organize and match payable and receivable paperwork
- Maintains accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
- Make adjustments to accounts as needed
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Manages difficult client/customer situations, responding promptly and appropriately to customer needs
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance
- Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
