Professional Voice Actor - Italian (AI Training) About the Role What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for experienced Italian-language voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping train next-generation AI systems to sound genuinely human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. Your craft matters here - and so does your ear for what sounds authentic.

involve voice cloning of any kind.
- Record professional-grade Italian voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken expression
- Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
- Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Sharp ear for nuance - you notice when tone, pacing, or pronunciation feels off
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- Experience recording for broadcast, animation, e-learning, or commercial projects
- Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
- Awareness of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
- Prior exposure to AI audio projects or speech evaluation workflows
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and top-tier organizations
- Fully remote and flexible - record and evaluate on your own schedule
