Where is this role based and who will I report to?
Location: Phoenix, AZ. You’ll report to the DC Supervisor. We are also adding an Outbound Coordinator to support our newly opened Atlanta location.

What’s the core purpose of this job?
To manage the flow of outbound work across the Distribution Center—from receiving and putaway visibility to shipping—so orders are planned, assembled, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will coordinate merchandise ordering, compile activity records, and help run day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and replenishment.

What will I do every day?

• Issue daily pick tickets and assign them to the right teammates.
• Keep communications moving—monitor and respond to emails quickly.
• Schedule, process, and oversee assembly orders; adjust plans as needed.
• Create/manage transfer orders supporting geographic fulfillment through the DC.
• Spot bottlenecks and tackle past-due orders with urgency and focus.
• Handle group orders and coordinate their flow through operations.
• Chase down late transfer and purchase orders to keep work on track.
• Review past-due statuses; expedite inventory whenever possible.
• Generate metrics and reports to measure performance and identify gaps.
• Record missed shipments and partner with the team on prevention.
• Hit required timelines and maintain service standards.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
• Pitch in with related tasks as assigned.

What experience is helpful?

• At least 3 years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
• Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Epicor familiarity is beneficial but not a requirement.

What skills do I need to succeed?

• Leadership, problem solving, and team goal execution.
• Organization, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Multitasking across competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Epicor knowledge is a plus.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

What education is required?

High school diploma (or equivalent).
