ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 after spending seven years as a State Farm team member. Those years gave me a strong foundation in serving customers and building relationships, and I'm excited to grow an agency of my own.

Being involved in the community is important to me. Our agency enjoys participating in local events, sponsoring area schools, and building relationships with the families and businesses we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative with Miles Newnam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
