Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families using interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Facilitate both telehealth and in-person therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, confidential environment for client interactions.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and service delivery methods.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist hired for this position will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, teenagers, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT license is required.
\n
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for providing comprehensive bilingual therapy services.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting working with diverse age groups and families.
\n
• Understanding and respectful of cultural differences, able to engage with clients from various backgrounds effectively.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as non-verbal skills for building rapport with clients.

• Strong ethical standards, including adherence to HIPAA confidentiality requirements and completion of HIPAA training.

• Willingness to work with insurance panels as an in-network provider.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in areas such as Trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, Grief & Loss, or Perinatal Mental Health.

• Familiarity with EHR software and Microsoft Office suite to ensure efficient documentation and communication.

• Experience in facilitating short-term individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses to incentivize excellence.
