Business Office Associate

Duties / Expectations Ensure that each guest receives the most professional and friendly payment service experience. Must be able to receive payments, count money, and handle cash for cash and carry items. Customer service care, including answering phones and assisting with financial questions and payments. Answer and accurately direct phone calls. Communicate guest requests and concerns to management. Accurately read, count, and write to complete all needed documentation and paperwork. Must have flexible hours and be available to work weekends and holidays based on store needs. Maintain professional demeanor and provide assistance to fellow staff as needed and/or dictated by management.
