Investor Relations Specialist (Onsite - Maitland, FL)

Job Title

RedChip is a 30-year leader in small-cap investor relations. We help emerging public companies connect with investors through a mix of proactive outreach, targeted investor engagement, national media, and digital distribution.

We're looking for a strong communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys being on the phone, managing multiple conversations at once, and keeping things moving. If you're energized by outbound calling, follow-up, and turning conversations into long-term relationships, this role is built for you.

The Role

This is a high-energy, phone-driven role where you'll serve as a frontline representative for a portfolio of public-company clients. You'll introduce investment stories to the market, speak with investors daily, qualify interest, and help move relationships forward through consistent follow-up.

You'll work closely with internal teams and client executives to ensure outreach is organized, professional, and effective.

This position is onsite only at our Maitland, Florida headquarters.

What You'll Be Doing

Outbound Calling & Relationship Development

• Make high-volume outbound calls to stockbrokers, RIAs, family offices, accredited investors, and other market participants.
• Clearly and confidently communicate client value propositions over the phone.
• Build rapport, ask smart questions, and identify investor interest.
• Secure follow-up conversations, meetings, and next steps.
• Maintain detailed notes and activity tracking in HubSpot.

Account & Pipeline Management

• Manage multiple client accounts at once while keeping outreach organized and on schedule.
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and investor pipelines from first contact through ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate investor meetings, webinars, and calls, including agendas and post-meeting summaries.
• Share investor feedback and progress updates with internal teams.

Messaging & Materials Support

• Help refine call scripts, outreach messaging, and talking points.
• Ensure messaging stays consistent across calls, emails, and investor communications.
• Support preparation of investor-facing materials as needed.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with outbound phone calling and frequent daily conversations.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and professionally.
• Highly organized and comfortable multi-tasking across multiple accounts.
• Follow-through mindset you don't let conversations drop.
• Experience using a CRM or similar tracking system.

Experience That Translates Well

• Inside sales, business development, customer success, recruiting, fundraising, or call-center roles.
• Financial services, brokerage, or IR experience is a plus not required.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Familiarity with public companies or capital markets.
• Exposure to investor communications or client-facing account management.
• Experience working in a performance-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
