Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, data integration, and support engineering, with the ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and resolve complex issues in AWS and Informatica IDMC environments.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance cloud-based solutions to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.
- Document resolutions, best practices, and system configurations to enrich the knowledge base.
- Provide assistance with deployments, upgrades, and migrations for AWS and Informatica IDMC solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and industry practices.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in technical support, cloud technologies, or data integration roles.
- Proficiency in AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC) .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based systems.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Certifications in AWS or Informatica IDMC .
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet and other project management systems.
- Experience in managing IT service frameworks like ITIL.
- Ability to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
